Step 5: Participant/Housing Lists and Tracks
As of 2020, FUGE Camps will use Google Sheets to send/receive participant lists. In April, you will receive an email from the Assistant Director with a link to your church’s participant list.
Select the “Participant List” tab. It is your responsibility to fill out all of the information.
Name: Enter each individual’s name as it should appear on the nametag. Include first and last name.
Grade: Select the grade the student will have completed at the beginning of the summer.
Comments: Let us know of any special needs a student has that would affect their track placement.
As the Group Leader, you are responsible for assigning rooms to all of your participants (students and adult sponsors). The Assistant Director will contact you if the location needs individual names for rooming assignments.
If so, you will email the location address with the room assignment for your group. For details about housing, visit the location page HERE.
All Centrifuge track selections will happen during registration upon arrival at camp. Track options will be presented to students and they will be given time to pick their track time preferences.
Students will pick 5 choices each for Track A and Track B. They will receive one of those choices for Track A and one choice for Track B.

All MFuge track selection must happen before churches arrive to camp. It is the group leader’s responsibility to schedule a time to meet with adults/students to select their preferences.
