At MFUGE, you will jump into ministry and serve in local communities
Our highly trained FUGE Camps staffers will take care of the details, lead Bible study and facilitate the planning for each day. At MFuge, Students are divided into groups for Bible study and ministry based on the type of work they request. Adult leaders from your church accompany Bible study groups to the ministry site. Lunch is provided on campus before groups leave for site.
During the day your students will be challenged and stretched as individuals; in the evenings, you’ll have an opportunity to build group unity over dinner, worship, fellowship and church group devotions.
MFuge is designed to give students a mission experience that opens their eyes to similar opportunities they may have to serve in their own communities, learning to live life each day on mission!

MFUGE Specific Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between traditional MFuge and MFuge with Your Church?
You may choose to keep your students together as a group for Bible study and ministry site work. This is what we call MFuge with Your Church. With traditional MFuge, students are put into ministry track groups with students from other churches.
How does transportation work with MFuge?
Here are our guidelines for MFuge transportation:
• Attending church groups are responsible for providing enough transportation with seat
belts, drivers and gasoline to transport the number of participants their group has
serving on ministry sites daily.
• Only church approved drivers will be driving their church’s vehicle. Attending groups
must provide at minimum one driver for each vehicle being used for transportation to
and from ministry sites.
• For safety reasons, vehicles used to transport groups to the ministry sites are not
allowed to pull trailers while students are in the vehicle.
• All drivers must be approved by their church insurance policy and be at least 21 years of
Age.
• If 15 passenger vans are brought for use by churches, we will not load more than 11
passengers (including driver) on them.
Will I be driving students and adults from other church groups?
If your group is attending traditional MFuge and not MFuge with Your Church, drivers with your group will drive for the various ministry sites and will transport students from other churches.
Do adults have to go to ministry site and participate?
We do need adults to go to and participate in ministry sites to help with organization, crowd control, and ministering to the people on site.
How are students placed into ministry track groups?
Students are put into ministry track groups with students from other churches based on the type of ministry they choose to do. Students may range from completed 6th grade to completed 12th grade within a group.
Do I need to bring supplies needed on ministry sites to camp?
MFuge will provide all supplies and equipment needed for work on ministry sites. You do not have to provide your own items.
What approach do you use for Bible study?
Our Bible study sessions are 45-50 minutes and are guided-discovery learning. In other words, no strict lecturing. We incorporate activities and discussions to help students retain and apply truths to their life.
All Bible study leaders must teach from the Bible Study Leader Guide and follow the teaching plans there. Staffers are not allowed to go rogue and teach their own plan. Lessons are built around a thematic plan that encompasses all elements of camp.
In addition to the Bible study time, we build a quiet time into the schedule. Each student receives a Camp Guide with quiet times included. They are given 15 minutes daily before Bible study to have a personal devotional time with God.
How do I know that your material is trustworthy?
All Bible study materials go through a theological review and an outside editor to ensure that they are biblically sound and appropriate for the given audience.
